What is the Multicultural Talent Pipeline Forum?

The Multicultural Talent Pipeline (MCTP) Forum is an educational immersion into media, marketing and the advertising business as a whole that brings multicultural students from participating colleges and universities to New York during Advertising Week. Industry leaders give students a real-world perspective on key areas of the business, including media strategy, planning, buying, digital, analytics and branded entertainment.

What should I wear to the event?

Dress to Impress! We like to call our attire “Fashion-forward / business casual”. Confidence is grounded in comfort and we want you to feel good so you can be at your best over the next two days. Dress nicely but be comfortable as well so you can make the most of this opportunity!

What should I bring to the event?

Please bring a valid photo ID as well as several copies of your resume.

As the faculty chaperone, how should I register?

Please use the Chaperone Registration Page.

Will travel to and from the airport be covered?

No, we will not be providing reimbursement for travel to/from the airport.

Will meals be provided?

Yes. On Wednesday, we will be serving lunch at the hotel during the career fair for out-of-town students, and providing dinner vouchers for a meal at the hotel.

On Thursday, we will be providing breakfast at the hotel (for out-of town students), a light breakfast at the event, and lunch during the event. For local students, we will also provide light appetizers for the career fair from 5 – 6 pm.
